New to Forum - Just got my first 600RR!

Hi gang! I'm new to the forum here, so just wanted to check in. I just picked up my new 2012 CBR600RR yesterday. It rides like a dream! I went with the all black model. I traded up from a CBR250R which was my first real sport bike. But by comparison, I gotta say, there wasn't much "real" about the 250r ;-)

So far I'm loving the 600. The only thing I'm thinking about changing up right away is the windscreen. I'm thinking about going with a Puig double bubble (I think that's what it's called). I changed up the factory windscreen to the Puig on my 250R and it made a huge difference in reducing the wind against my helmet.

Anybody else put a Puig windscreen on their 600? I'd be interested in knowing if you felt much reduction in wind on your helmet...

Anyway, good to be on the forum!

Hello chaz and welcome to the .net!!! Nice choice on the murdered out cbr!!! I have a zero gravity double bubble windscreen on my rr. Can't say if it has made a difference since I had the zg on since I started ridding ma bike!!

Lots of people here run the Puig and Zero Gravity screens. I've got the ZG DB Dark Smoke on both the RR and F4i. It does help divert wind up and over a little compared to the stock. Especially when you start to tuck.
