Whats the fairing vibration rattle noise???

I have a 2007 600RR with about 55K miles on it. It seems when down shifting from higher RPM's like coming to a signal or stop sign, it sounds like my fairing are vibrating causing a noise. Checked all my fairings and bolts and everything seems tight. My room mates bike does the same thing? SO I am sure some of you are too also hearing this. I am starting to think it might be the inside of the exhaust pipe or something. Thanks for any info or suggestions.

Might be the windscreen the two middle bolts rubber grommets sit between the windscreen and the mirrors arms make sure these grommets are in place even across the screen inner part that is a common issue BTW
