Anyone with info here?

Can maybe the moderators relocate the thread to a more appropriate place since it is not yet a How-to?

I have the pads but not the mounting kit. I need to make the spacers myself.

Here is what I found. I need to figere out the diameter of the distance spacer for the right side with the L=34mm and also the hardness grade of the Screws.

I also need to figure out the difference of the bushings between the ones delivered with the pads and the ones on the CBR600RR 2005 mounting kit.

OK, since I could not find the info I wanted I went ahead and bought the kit.

The bolts are 150mm long (head included) and the thread 35mm long. They are 10.9 hardness.

The small bushing are 13mm long, 24mm diameter on top (2mm thick) and the lower part is 20mm diameter. The hole in the middle is 12mm.

The single rod needed is 34mm long and 20mm in diameter. Hole as always 12mm

Then the actual spacer is 50mm long with a 29mm smaller diameter (21mm) part and then changes to 28mm diameter and expanding finally to 39mm.

The smaller spacer is 20mm long, 24mm small diameter and 39mm big diameter. The "tulip" starts expanding on both at approx. the last 10mm on the top.

Hope this would be of help to anyone else interested. Pictures coming up...
