03 power commander on 06 600rr HELP!

Hey guys I bought a power commander for cheap on ebay. Its an 03 to 04 pc3. I remember reading that they are all the same till 08. Well last night I was putting in a map and it kept declining it, it only allowed tables and gave me incompattble map error.

I went and got an 03 map with the same exhaust I need. Anyways anyone know what I have to do?

The 06 is the same as the 03 engine correct?

If I remember right, you have to copy the entire table over not just the map.

Did you win that PC3 for like 90-something dollars? I forgot to bid on it...

Someone else will have to chime in on that. I have never done it personally, just heard that is what is needed from doing some research.
