There are reasons why you aren't allowed to ride in pedestrian areas. Falling into a boat isn't really one of them, but anyway, this puts a smile on my face for all the times some doofus on a bike, or more likely a scooter, thought he had the right of way on a sidewalk.

Lol caught his side bag on a post! How great! Should have been paying attention, especially riding his bike over a pier. Would be super sketchy! Unfortunate for himself and the boat owner though.
