Hey guys, I live in Los Angeles. I bought a set of full track fairings for my 09 CBR 600RR. I plan on having it painted plain black. Do you recommend anywhere in Los Angeles and how much do you think is a fair price for single paint, no design paint?

You should try Plasti dip, it come in different colors. And when your sick of that color peel it off and spray on a different color. Here a link to a place you can order from https://www.dipyourcar.com/home.php. I bought mine from my local hardware store.

And if you're uncertain about using plastidip look up a member called country cruza and he'll tell you all about it, maybe even make a cool video haha.
I just sprayed my 06 for less than 50$ in paint and an airless sprayer from harbor frieght.
very very little orange peel. A qt of primer qt of white qt black mineral spirits and 6oz of hardener all rustolem thinned paint 50/50 added an oz of hardener to 12oz(or so)paint mix. At 9$ a qt why not right and now bloches from a can.
Concept Five in OSide painted my buddies track bike for like $750. It was like a $1800. They give discounts if you let them put C5 on your bike. He usually puts it on the front fairing. It's a pretty sweet design.
I'm sure they'd give you a good deal on a solid color job. Check them out on FB.

The best part about the electric one i have is since its made for general paint things like walls and stuff its safe for indoor use. I painted in my basement with no fogging and u couldnt smell it upstairs as u would with a normal air hvlp gun
Rattle can it. It's a track bike. Odds are, if you keep tracking it you will go down eventually. Use the money you'll save on nice track paint for more spares.
