So today as im going to work, this lady decides that she wants to turn, no signals, nothing, she just hits the brakes and turns.
when I saw her braking i was pretty close to her so i served on to the right side to pass her, and she decides to turn...
So i hit her right hand side mirror with my left arm, by the elbows, very ******* soar, but im lucky to come out with that damage only.
Her excuse was that i shouldve known she was turning, i mean WTF im not a mind reader.
But the thing is stuff like this really opens your eyes, just a small mistake, not even yours
N.B
Nothing happend to bike, just my arm, and her mirror broke, but she deserved it
I'm sorry if some clueless ***** whom can't use a simple turn signal told me "I should have known" after endangering my life I'd flip out for a moment.
Glad it wasn't worse.

exact same thing happened to me once, a bus came to a stop to let people off and the car behind just wacks out into my lane so it can carry on, no mirror checks no signals nothing, on the phone as well driving one handed, i was FUMING....she didnt get the point i slowed down and blocked her after i overtook her and shes damn lucky she turned off and i couldnt get to the road she went down from where i was, i was in a mood that day to follow her and smash her window, take her phone and shove it down her throat...i wasn't in the mood for dumb cagers that day, her reaction like "what do you want" just topped it off
i stay out of busy city centres as a general rule, absolute nightmare drivers, that or i'll go right around so i can just nip in the most direct route to where i want so im in and out asap
I always assume everyone is going to cut me off. Even with that mentality they always find a new way to do it! Every day on the road is a learning experience, something new to look out for.

if that day you were able to smash her window or mirror what good will it do? It'll definitely add an extra bad rep to the riding community, while the cager will most likely not going to learn the lesson. Instead, the next rider she meets, could be you or could be someone else, is going to be in a sh*t ton of trouble. Do us all a favor and save the drama for the girls. Besides, mature riding requires an equal and fair assesment of each situation. In this case, you saw the bus and you saw the car behind it, what's the probability that a car will change lane behind a bus or a truck? right?
The guy above is correct. be prepared for the worst don't just let your instinct and right wrist take you wherever. Don't trust any cagers

Glad ur okay.... Turn signal or not you should not be following someone so close, if you were at a safe distance I don't think you would have had this issue.... Expect the unexpected while On a bike...

Yes its helpful when people use their turn signals but it has not affect on how closely the rider was following. Proper following distance is key here.
OP, glad you came out OK and that you knew you were following close.
