Can you buy fully assembled crate motors for our bikes? And no i dont want a ebay used engine. i want a unmolested new motor. maybe even something that has been bored over already etc....

You want a new motor, never used, and would want it bored out? You're asking to lose tolerances down the road. If you want THAT type of setup, buy a used motor, bored it out, and get all new goodies for it. THAT is the best route to go. When a motor is new, it is unmolested. After a ton of heat cycles, the motor loses tolerances, flexes, in a sense - warps, after time. Buying a used motor already 'warped' and boring it out and refreshening it will have tighter tolerances longer than a new motor bored out which will lose it tolerances and then some for the stress it wasn't designed for.
