what happens if rectifier goes bad?

just wanted to know symptoms of a bad rectifier... n e 1?
could u still pushstart it?

the main problem is that the battery wont hold a charge.

Bike will not start after you just rode it, yes you can still push start... It's not bad, just gets to hot. Find an 04 and swap it out, you will be fine.

It will start to fluctuate the voltage to the battery. You won't notice anything is wrong until it won't crank. Have the battery tested and charged if you're having problems.
