read the 1000rr fork conversion sticky. Everything is the same except you wont need new wheel bearings. I asked the question in there and they told me what needed to be done. Just read!!!

I had an opportunity to do that but after checking around it seems it’s not worth it from a performance strand point. Better to put your money into upgrading what you have.
it's a straight bolt on, but you'll need everything from the donor front, cept the front wheel. clip-ons and upper triple, lower triple and forks, and the front fender.
