It's sweet.. My bike finally got here. The European spec 04 CBR 600RR (white version). No redline on the RPM guage, no ignition, everything came unpainted, Showa Race suspension, HRC race ECU, Dunlop 208GPa tires. I could have put it on the track same day as pick up. But of course I have some work to do on it before I do. I just thought I'd share with you. BTW, the plastics you see in the pic are posted in the Items For Sale http://www.600rr.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=9267 Enjoy these pics. I know I won't...ucket.com/albums/v102/CahoyC/CBR_5.jpg[/img]

im an idiot i dont know anythng about a white version bike, is there any diff perf mods stock on it or a better suspension?
I just made a little edit to it. Please read again. :)
doh thanks! looks sweet, how does no ignition work?
hit the kill switch to turn the bike on or off - no need for a key.
hook up the battery, turn the on/off switch to on, and push the start button.. :bounce: 2 keys come with it, but they are for opening the gas tank. I love it. Good thing I live on a military installation and don't have to worry about thieves.

You hit the start button and it starts.
if you're going to race it, obviously - it's not uncommon to break the key off in the tank and just use a screwdriver to twist. That way you're never looking for a misplaced key on raceday.

or spend 70.00 on a vortex cap and base :D
Aren't sometimes stock gascaps are mandatory - depends on the racing organization.
Look how heavily braced the swingarm is around the shock in the 3rd pic.

Edit: After looking at some stock bike pics it might be the same, just looks alot different without the chainguard on there.

How'd you get a hold of the bike? Do you need some type of a certified race license?

How much??
just me or do the fron rotors look a little bigger then the 310's on my rr
It's just you. It's a stock RR with a europe ecu and it is lacking alot of stuff like lights, a rear seat, turn signals and other crap that racers would take off anyways. Saves on wieght. Honda did the same thing for the 1000RR. They still use stock fairings.
is it just me?

I know i read "white version" but the bike is black..
I may get killed for saying this but it kinda looks... Well plain. :? I don't see anything special about, just looks like a unfinished bike. Personaly I don't see the point but this is all new to me.

This bike is intended to go straight to the track. That's why it came from the factory without a redline on the RPM guage, ignition, showa race suspension, HRC race ECU, and Dunlop 208GPas.
Makes you realize how good a dark silver offering would look.
