ok so most of you know the story about my bike being stolen and recovered. well i had it for sale but took it down for the court process. now i am putting it back up for sale for good this time. bike as of right now has 3602 miles on it. the battery tray is ripped up a little, it needs a new battery, needs misc. fairing screws, and all decals were removed by the thief. there are some scratches from where he removed the tank decals and little nicks here and there. the bike still runs perfectly. the ignition was switched out but i have the key for the new ignition and the old leys for the truck lock. i have the title in hand which is a salvage title. i had wanted to keep the bike and return it to its previous condition but the court system is just going to take way too long. this bike would make a great track bike or a street rider for someone. it is totally rideable and could be ridden as it is now but could be repaired for less than $300 easliy. i am located in the dallas/ft worth, tx area. asking price for the bike is $4500. i would like to sell it locally so that anyone interested in buying could come and look it over before commiting to buy it to insure they are happy with the transaction and do not feel ripped off. i spoke with the dmv and yes, this bike can be registered with now problems. the mods on the bike can be seen in my signature, minus the alarm system ( idiot threw it out) the vin # for the bike is JH2PC3702M104606 in case anyone wants to check it out for themselves

here are the most recent pics, if anyone wants more specific pics let me know and i can take them.

its salvaged bro...
Are you asking, or just stating the obvious.
$4k is a good price for a salvage that is actually a stolen recovery, in that condition.

Jonny, throw some parts at it man, get it totally ready to ride, with the exception of the scratches. then go get it registered so you;ll have the title ready to transfer, or get a R title depending on how texas does it.
It wont cost more than $500 and it may make it easier to sell.
Also throw it on wera.com, lots of racers on there, theyll buy a salvage bike quicker than most.

im in the process of doing that right now, just need to replace the battery tray and it will be totally rideable. i am waiting for the court system to determine if i am going to get some restitution from this but it seems like that is going to take months. i had it posted for sale before it got stolen but now i am not going to get anywhere near what it would have sold for. i just really dont even care anymore, just wanna get it out of the garage. i have no time to ride it anymore anyways. title is salvaged but i have it in hand and ready to transfer over
