Yes. The '03-06 fuel pumps come out as a complete assembly with the sending unit attached. You are essentially breaking down the fuel pump assembly to replace the motor that has failed. You remove the fuel gauge sending unit, the motor, the strainer, and the pressure regulator, and replace those components. Then reassemble the unit with the fuel gauge sending unit. Just be careful with the sending unit.
You'll need to replace the old tank gasket also.

If the tank is corroded use the products danno listed above. $100 is cheaper than another rusty tank off ebay that's probably worse than yours now.

As a strong suggestion, you are already half way there so consider pulling your upper and lower injectors and either sending them out to be cleaned or cleaning them yourself. If your pump has failed because of fuel corrosion then your injectors may be partially clogged already. You've already got the the plastics off and the tank up.
