I think you only need 7, 8, and 14. 14 contains both the oil seal and the dust seal.

Need to order parts to get my for seals replaced on my 08.
Figure I need the following items definetly.
07 - Bush Guide (Showa)
08 - Bush Slider (Showa)
14 - Seal Set, FR Fork
21 - Dust Seal
Is there any other items needed? Items listed below need to be replaced also?
