Hi all

Lowsided last weekend on the track and had to replace throttle cables,
That was a hell of a job I had to remove the tank and the airbox spent a couple of hours on it.

After successfully replacing the cables and putting it all together I started the bike and got the FI 2 error which was caused by the kinked vacuum hose and the bike started to work like a diesel engine.

After replacing the hose in the correct position the FI 2 Error was gone but not the sound:(

Also when (while the bike running) I hold it straight off the the stand the bike is like floating from side to side:(

Any ideas?

PS I tried to reset the bike by disconnecting all the cables going to the speedo from the left side but the sound didn't changed.

if you can get video that would be awsome

but if i am understanding what you have decribed right, i think you have a cylinder not firing, perhaps a loose coil wire or something to the effect?

Hmm I have disconnected only upper and lower injectors, may this cause any problem?

nothing else was disconnected,

Cylinder not firing you mean the sparks?

Yeah, if it feels like the bike is waggling back in forth, it sounds like some cylinders are not firing at all and the cylinders that are, are tugging the bike back and forth. Not entirely sure what would cause this, as each set of injectors is on it's own rail. Hmm.

I broke one of the sensors on the bottom of the air box; where you careful not to do this?

Solved.

Finally that was a badly placed airbox, the 2 income BIG hoses below the HESD were not placed correct.

After resetting them correctly bike started working normally.
