Hey guys, I'm about to do a lot of work on my 04. Slipper clutch install, new clutch pack, bearing & oil pump clearance check, valve adjustment, and so forth. Doing all this work, I figured It'd be best to take the engine out of the bike. I have a harbor freight engine stand, the 4 wheel version. Think it'll work? Or should I buy something else before I start?

here it is

Anyone? I'm considering just doing the work with the engine in the bike if it won't fit in the stand. I googled, but didn't find anything usefull.

I was thinking of using the two at the back, then stretching the arms over to the front there. That would mean that I can't take the engine case off one side of the engine.

But while searching today I found this:

I think I'm gonna try something like that, I'll just get some small 90 degree metal brackets.
