Hello. Have searched around and could'nt an answer to this. I've already changed my OEM air filter and all good with that. My question is, the air filter screws exposed inwards over the throttle bodies, is there a chance they could vibrate lose and fall into and jam the throttle bodies open causing constant throttle type crash? The original 2006/2007 R6's had this problem and had a recall for this and I even saw a huge crash in one of our races back then from exactly that issue happening to a guy who never got those screws addressed.

Thanks in advance

They should be held captive in the filter itself should they loosen off. But if installed correctly they won't.

Thanks for the reply, yeah I looked back and realized the clips were there right after posting. One of my screws seemed not snugging up (used bike I'm just doing the once over first ride/shake down) so capped that screw head with silicone as extra insurance won't back out.

Thanks again.
Cheers!
