has anyone sat on a new 07 600rr? are the seats better than the one on my 05 600rr... cause mine is way hard and all my friends bikes like gsxrs and ninjas are nice and soft

If you want comfort buy a cruiser. If you don't want a cruiser than deal with it, or just get a corbin.

Had an 03'...This one seems a lot better...IMO.

i've had an 03, currently riding an 05, and sat on the 07.

the seats are getting better as the years go on, trust me. the 07 is way more comfy than the 03 was. the 05 is just a bit better than the 03.

My '07 seats feels much softer than my '04. My gf said the rear seat is harder (maybe not broken in yet)

At the December bike show I sat on the '07 versions of every 600 for a few minutes each (except the Daytona 675, which wasn't there), and the CBR was by far the softest. Like, noticably softer, not just marginally softer. How this translates into real-world long distance comfort I can only speculate, but the magazines have reported that it is a good improvement over the previous CBR.

I haven't ridden a 600 for several hundred miles yet. I can tell you from my VFR though that its stock seat sucked. I'm a firm believer in Corbin seats. I put one on and now I can ride 400 miles and not even think of my rear.

Personally I have never had a problem with any of the seats. Did notice (starting with my 954) that they were harder but was never an issue. The 07 does seem more comfy.

the harder and thinner the seat the better as i'm concerned, i'd rather just have a race pad, alot more feed back as to wot is happening underneath you.

i think it's perfect, not to soft not to hard. i have riden for about 2 hours and not been uncomfortable.

all i know is when i traded bikes with my friend who has a zx6r it was freakin awsome and he could not get over how hard they are... my corbin honestly dont seem much better. i wonder if a 07 seat will fit on my 05???

Sat on them at two local honda dealers and I can assure you that the 07 is definitely softer than the 05 or 06! It firm but thick. I even like it better than my 05 Gixxer 1K seat.
