Yes, the this is a hi beam / low beam kit. I've had them on the bike for about 8k miles. It comes with everything needed.

Checking PMs now. Getting rid of them cause some bastard hit me the other day. I think the bike will be out of commission for a while so I want to sell to get some $ to get HIDs for my new daily driver.
