Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong or not doing? I followed the procedure in the shop manual to bypass the abs module. I get the abs light flashing but the pulsing unit by the exhaust won't bleed. I had to relocate the pulsing unit to accomadate the exhaust. I tried to reverse bleed it, and the lever is still spongy.

Not sure what manual you're using but i have the factory bleed process on pdf. PM me, if you want it.

Pulling fuses, shorting the dummy abs connector and operating the brake levers in a specific sequence to enter bleed mode. Pretty involved process, pressing the rear brake to bleed the front unit and vice versa.

This is not ABS only but make sure you need the nipple at the lever or you'll be chasing a mushy lever forever when it's not the calipers.
