It seems like this 600RR is just the bike for what I want but I was just wondering how the Fi works from a closed throttle. I've heard it's good but a couple magazines (cycle news etc..) said it was abrupt. I had a 929 and sold it almost entirely because the throttle response sucked, waay to jerky and really took the fun out of riding it on the track. Living up here in Denver always complicates even small issues. I'd planned in keeping the exhaust stock.

Thanks

Is very minor almost non exsitant, and a PC3 will usually fix any thing left.

About the abruptness... when I first got the RR, I thought it was bad, but after 10 seconds of adjusting the throttle cable it was perfect. No more jerkiness.

RRpilot, is it better than your old f4i?

Any praise for the fuel injection?
Oh yes it is much better, on my F4i you pretty much required a PC3 to smooth things out, on the RR its not required just something to fine tune.
