Hey guys. Ordered a Scorpion Exo-500 helmet on Monday and came Wednesday which I was happy about only to open up the box and the helmet was missing the visor. Where the hell was QA on this one? Gonna call them up tomorrow to see if they'll give me the rest of my helmet so was wondering if anyone here has ever dealt with their customer service to see what I'm in for.

Yeah called them up on Friday and Steven (the customer service rep who I talked to) called up scorpion to see what was going on and about 3 hours later I got a phone call saying they'd be shipping me out a clear visor. Turns out the visor was recalled when the helmet first came out and the helmet I got, was never replaced with a new visor. How it made it to getting shipped out without being checked beats me, but at least the problem was taken care of. Kudos to revzilla for taking care of the problem and actually giving me a call back like they said they would.
