Needing new brake pads for the front, and tossing up weather to get sintered or not, as have read in many magsthat OEM are pretty high quality if you use bike just on the road, which i do. but doing at least 60mph and complete stops all the time on avg i need to get some ppls feedback on whom use sintered and how much diff they were..

cheers

Honestly, if you're just a road-goer, just go with OEM or the equivalent. But there is no need for a track/race pad unless you intend on doing so in the future. But don't let anyone tell you different, stock pads are more than enough.

On my Ninja 250, I could definatly tell the difference between OEM pads and sintered. There was more bite with the sintered and I liked the sintered better. I have the OEM on my 05 600RR and the pads and brakes are very good. I will probably go with sintered when I need to change pads just to see the difference.
