I didn't pay retail and therefore can't discuss - sorry.

What happens with the kick stand with em?

Nothing - works fine.

Can you keep the Kick stand?

Yes.

Also what about brake switch?

Gonna need to either remove or get a Sato adaptor. Right now, mine's just zip-tied to the frame pending my decision.

First test today... killer feel if you're into being on the balls of your feet (you should be). I can roll my foot all over the end of the peg and get the same feel, whereas the stocker really "hooked" you into more or less (1) spot. I need to move the brake assembly down and test more... I like the feel of them as they are, but you never know the whole system until you test it.

Very trick / very simple units. These are some of the (if not the) lightest rearsets I've ever seen available on the street.
