Battery Tender Question

Ok, for those of you that have the batter tender. The part that clips to your battery and then plugs into the actual battery tender, where are you routing the plug?

What I mean is that I have that plug hanging out where the rear foot pegs used to be and try to tuck it in when riding. But when I ride, it just dangles and flops in the wind.

Where are you placing that plug on your bike?

have you tryed routing it up thru the rear seat so you can jsut pop off the rear seat or cowl?
Hmm...Haven't thought of that. I may give that a try. Thanks!
How much does the battery tender cost? Where can I get one?
what's the difference between the battery tender and battery tender jr ?

and

do either of them recharge the battery fully besides the fact that it keeps that constant flow of juice running ?
My battery tender Jr cost about $25. Give Nick a call at Ridersinc.com and he can hook you up.

As for the difference, not quite sure. But I use the Jr and it recharges and goes into standby so that the battery always charges. Good investment since there is a lot of problems with the charging system on the 600rr.

Thanks again, Honda! :****:

I routed mine the same place you did and just zip-tied it to the subframe when I ride the bike. If you are using your bike on a regular basis then I don't see any reason to un-ziptie it. Just loosen it up when it's time to store again...that's what I do.

Mine is routed under the rear seat. I just pop the trunk after a ride and plug her in.

I have the Jr. I take the battery out for the winter and have it plugged in in my house. Keeps the battery ready to ride once the warmer weather arrives.
I do the old zip tie routine and it stays where you put it. N0o need to pop the seat.
