I want to know if im doing this right? When i ride i have the balls of my feet on the pegs, when i get home from my spirited rides (mostly straight roads in S. Florida), my legs feel like i was at the gym working out. my ? is when you ride do you put more weight on your ass on the seat OR do you kinda hold your ass of the seat alittle using your legs as the absorbers. i find myself not putting all my weight on the seat?? hope this makes sense!.

for longer straight cruises let your ass take more of the weight, you only really need the jockey-style leg use when riding hard on lots of super fast, back to back corners. Go ahead and relax on the seat, and if the ride is too rough that way (as our hwys sometimes are) then adjust your compression and rebound settings.

Even in racing, during the straights I let myself relax back into the seat and get full tuck, with the toes of my feet on the pegs. Hope this helps.
