I am going to start racing next season, but wanted to try out race tires (and set my bike up for race tires) before my first race. I bought a PR series medium soft rear (can't remember if it's a PR4 or a PR5) and a PRC front. Since the PRC has a taller profile, how many millimeters do most people lower their forks, if any? Anything need to be done with the rear ride height (I have an Ohlins shock that is at stock height)? TIA

The geometries will need to be set according to what you have now, and what tracks you'll be riding. There is no catch all setting. The only place you'll be able to feel out different tires and adjust will also be on the track, adn likely under race pace.

Yes, I realize that the geometry of the bike is very subjective......I was just hoping to get some baseline settings.

I very rarely ever touch my ride heights once I get mine where I like them. I will do some clicks here and there, but that's it

It is my understanding that while the profile of the PRC is steeper the tire size remains 120/70-17. So that unless you are changing fr a different brand with a different size your front height should be ok.
