Thats why cops are not medics because they don't have the slightest clue on what to do with a person. I mean come on the dude just got hit by a car and your not going to check on him first WTF!!!! The he leans over him and is like aaaaaa you'll be fine your breathing ok. There is just so much wrong with the whole thing it is just unbelievable.
