Hey guys I just got back from Daytona yesterday, Nice ride down and back. The pictures dont do the fest any justice, my friend took these pics who only came down for saturday and drove back up that evening, once the sun went down ALL the bikes came out it was A great time. Enjoy

I don't know who is more dumb, the guy with no helmet at all or the one that has a helmet and doesn't wear it! I don't care what the law is in Florida, wear the helmet or your brain will be bug lunch on the highway one of these days. They need to call that event Squidfest 2006. Some good looking bikes if you want to rock it like that.

Jake007- nice pics.. I missed it, I was out of town.. My brother went and told me a story about the lambo.. I guess people were running the lights on the draw bridge and the operator got tired of it, so he used the lambo as an example and raised the bridge with the car on the lift... I hear he (some young kid) got out all pissy and the operator told him to get his POS off his bridge!!!

Question on one of the bikes.. 5th pic down, I see calipers in the front but I don't see what is used to active the brakes!!! No lever!!! Did you get a closer look?? Things like this interest me..

Last thing, I don't mind the blind-bling bikes, but if your going to do it and spend all of that money on it.. Cut off your exhuast hanger if your not using it!!!! Casino Bike..

Yes, this is Me without the LID....This was my first time riding without it, it was way to much stop and go traffic not to mention the heat (No excuse but that was my reason)...Its funny you guys say this...I rode down from Jville in my Full 1 piece Suit and yes LID. Link below...Enjoy the pics..

I have a friend who has been to Daytona for the last 3 some odd years I think. I don't blame you for rolling without a lid, at least once you hit town, it's not like you're going to get over 5mph anyway, also it's damn hot outside. He just straps his helmet to the side for the ride there and back(45min) from the cabin they rent.

Just because you're only going 5 mph in stop and go traffic doesn't mean something can't happen. I was rear-ended by a drunk driver while waiting for a stop light and I'm thankful I had my lid on because the driver hit me so hard it tossed me into the truck in front of me and then when I hit the ground I also hit my head on the pavement. Things can happen anywhere at anytime. WEAR YOUR LID
