Hey guys, not sure if this is the correct place to post, but im look to purchase a right crankcase cover for my '04 600rr..I'm not tryin to spend alot of money, but if i have to i will. Any pointers, or suggestions would be appreciated! here's what it looks like now..

I would just sand it down and repaint it with a rattle can. That's what I did on my ol' 600 and it looked great. After that, you can pick up a woodcraft cover. Sato makes 'em too. Just about anything will work. Don't worry about it being too fancy, because once you have another get-off, a scratched up case protector all look the same. And dang dude, resurrecting old threads?!? 2004? Glad you can use the search function

If its not leaking oil take it off , sand it down then get powder coated
tripage ( site vendor ) can hook you up with a decent deal if you read this
