That would depend on what you have been doing to the bike... drags? track? keep it maintained?

Are you sure you have popped the head gasket?

If the bike has been well maintained and it's an inherent fault then, probably, yes. If you've had the coolant replaced by another garage recently then Mr Honda might decide to argue that it's their fault, not his. That will always make things difficult.

If you're on the original coolant and you've kept it topped up and the bike is well maintained and used then you've probably got a reasonable argument.

i guess ill just have to take it to the dealer. would i need to show proof of maintenance? as far as i know the coolants never been changed, i usually check it when doing an oil changed.
