Perhaps trying to get local TV news, newspaper, magazine, or ANY public coverage might be a good start. Smear their happy little image of people dancing around to showtunes and uncover the "Dirty Side of Ebay". Put a dent in consumer confidence.

I found my stolen bike for sale in peices on Ebay.The theif didn't remove the extra stickers and the tank pad I added.He also had R1 and Ducati parts for sale which were no doubt stolen bike parts.The ******* had over 100 tranactions already completed.Unfortunatly by the time the cops went to his house my frame and motor were already gone.Finding my bike was just dumb luck.Now when I search Ebay and see parts for sale that are super cheap I know it's probably stolen.Not worth it to me to support theives.

I have yet to buy or sell anything over e-bay. I just don't trust 'em. :?
