in order for someone to regularly drive on base, it has to be registered (meaning decals as exterior proof).
i should ask them this...
what if you ride, but only do trackdays...bike is set up for only track use?
you tow your track bike there and cant participate cause it doesnt have the base credentials/requirement/decal?
