Hi and welcome,

I assume chain broke and caused the damage? That's in a low stress area so in theory it could be repaired but there are other factors. You'd be best to do some disassembly to check for debris that made it through the hole, and I highly doubt that could be fixed on the bike so you'd have to drop the engine, and this is assuming a welder would actually take the job and charge the appropriate fee. At this point with time and money you may be better off with a replacement engine.

Hi ye I have removed the engine from the bike ad put a second hand one in the bike but its making a noise ad duno the history of it so was thinking about fixing this one as it comes with a full history

I dont know how much will repair bill be for welder and everything else, but why dont you put components from your engine to that block from engine what you have bought?
