I saw looking back in the past threads something about the crank chain tensioner. I am hearing a washer like rattling from around 4500 RPM to 7500 Rpm... i'm not getting any high end rpm its topping out at 12,000 rpm almost like theres a governor... How hard are they to replace and would it be recommended to go with a manual tensioner?

not hard to replace. www.cbrzone.com $50 - it's never a bad idea to switch to a manual CCT.

in the lower gears it allows for a little more play with the rpm but its around that 12,000 rpm mark but as you go through the gears it becomes more restrictive.
