can i use an ecu from a cbr 600f4i for another cbr 600f4i but the last 3 digits of the serial are different?

Last 3-digits of serial or part#? Should be OK if part# are same. Serial# by nature should be different.

ECU from the same model bikes are swappable. At least among older bikes or Japanese brands.

Modern European bikes often have immobilizer software that checks the ecu and/or cluster and won't run unless everything matches.
