Take your broken barend and remove the screw, then you wanna take that screw and thread it back into the inner weight inside your clip on...once you got the screw threaded in there enough to get a good bite on the inner weight, grab sum pliers and pull on the screw until the inner weight kums out...if you still have trouble getting it to kumout of there, remember that theres 2 holes on the end of your clipon where that inner weight kinda bites into it and you'lle need to get a small screwdriver or something to make sure the teeth on the inner weight clear those holes as your tryng to pull it out

Pain in the butt.

There is a little clip that goes around the end of the weight and it kind of snaps into a hole in the bar to lock it in place. It would take an hour to describe so you might just want to rip one out and look at it. Then you will know what to do with the next side.

Mine fell out while riding one day. I lost the bar end and weight. The darn thing is hollow right now. I ordered a new one. All the pieces were around $25 to order if you dont feel like pulling it out.
