I don't use Dainese so I can't say. But when you realize that some of the "fake" gear is coming from the same sources as the "real" gear, you really have no choice but to put all that aside and decide if the quality is worth the price. Are there any loose stitches or badly sown seams? Crooked logos or labels? Cheap zippers that don't work or bind up? I don't see any issues with the pics shown. So the question goes back to you. Is it worth it? Either you're happy with the product or not. Because just about everything sewn comes out of communist countries that use slave labor. That's just one way they cheat the market to make products so cheap that good countries cannot compete. As consumers we have almost no choice but to buy slave labor goods as it constitutes that majority of the market.
One of my favorite youtube channels has a relevant video. The logo on front seems legit but there's a reason you're asking so if the quality seems off then it could be fugazi but if you got a decent price then there's no real loss since you won't be relying on that jacket for crash protection.
