ok so today i put my bike on the stands since i just bought it 2005 Cbr600rr and went to spin the wheel and when i say it did not spin more then when my hand left the tire it just stopped there was excessive drag. so i take the brake calipers off and spin the wheel and spun normal but when the calipers went back on it no spin

i don't know if its my rotors or my calipers here are what my rotors look like

If you hear consistent metal-on-metal type of noise while you spin, it's the calipers. Give the pistons a good clean and you'll be golden. If the wheel alternates between free and rough spin, then it's the rotors. Get new ones.
