Extremevision

Has any one had an experiance with extremevision.biz. I baught some xenon H7 bulbs from them on e-bay like 2 weeks ago, and I paid like I always do. Well here it is 2 weeks later and I have hade no responce from them other than PAYPAL saying that they have been shipped or nothing. Just wondering if anyone has used them in the past.
