Hi I was out riding yesterday and when I got home I realised one of the fairing clips on the brake side, that clip into the tank had snapped, is there any sort of fix for this or would I have to buy a new side fairing ?
( sorry I’m fairly new to riding so if it’s a stupid question and an easy fix I apologise )

What's a fairing clip? You mean the plastic tabs that snap in?

Think zip tie. Zip ties are next to duct tape in the pantheon of cheap fixes.

Have you had cowlings off lately?

Or, tab broke while riding?

Maybe tank cover has been miss-set and that stressed the interlock tabs?

Pic would help.

I've tried to re attach small tabs with ABS cement, they bond but the join is always fragile.

If you've got the broken tab, maybe try insta bond glue.......

yeah I mean the plastic tabs that clip in, I’m not sure when it’s happened as I only noticed when I got home after riding 😩

Yeah I’m not sure if there’s anything I can do at all as I don’t have the tab 😔

Those tabs are under a lot of sideways stress. Can't imagine any adhesive would hold them for long. If you have a gap at the seam you can drill a small hole and use a zip tie to pull it up tight. Trim the tail on the zip tie and it'll look fine.

At first your eye will be drawn to the imperfection. After a week you won't even notice it anymore.
