well i have a 04 600rr...
Recently my fan fuse keep on blowing, replace it.. go for a ride... blown... don't know why..
and also my signals don't work now... don't even show me i am blinking on the speedo..
and today super strange... it worked all of a sudden but after i turn off the bike and turn it back on.. it doesn't work...

and what are you guys regular running temp or max with fan on... i went up to 115C today... normal? flush my rad and oil recently so...

are you sure your fan was on when you reached that temp? that is really high.

I'm not sure if i understand it completely and maybe someone can correct me but could it be your voltage regulator? i remember my friend having a similar problem on his old fzr

no the fan wasn't go... when its on.. usually under 110C...

this is annoying.. keep replacing the fuse and blow... i have a fan switch too..

check your wires for signs of deterioration or bare wires. It could be an internal circuit problem in the fan motor. for your signals, check your wires and check your switch.

110C is not normal at all, let alone 115. normal is 80-90C.

problem solved..

fan was spinning was offset and had some drag so everytime it powers up.. couldn't produce enough power and blow the fuse...
