this is 600RidgeRunner's bike. he hasn't been on the site, so i decided to ask everyone. it looks like he has an R&R FE, but it looks different than the one i see here: http://randrcycles.com/03-04-honda-cbr-600rr.html

does anybody know what it is or how he did it? also, what kind of rear blinkers are those?

i don't know why i'm being so indecisive about a FE...just having a hard time figuring out what i want. and then when i find something i like, i don't know what it's called or where to get it

If you go to Home Depot and buy a "T" bracket and a hose clamp. Bend the bracket to the desired angle and then wrap the hose clamp around the midpipe and sandwich the bracket between the pipe and the hose clamp. Attach your plate to the bracket. You may need to drill a small hole in your plate to accomodate the brackets holes. It is one of the cleanest homemade FE's that I have seen. The best thing is that the total cost is about $4.00.

ok sweet. thats not the one in the original pic, but thats the same one i found on ebay. and your pic is better than the ones on ebay. i really like how that looks. i want to keep the stock signals, is that what you did there? what did you mount them to, the reflector holes?

It looks like the one in the first pic above is from the same site but for the 1000RR, it looks identical.

ok, yeah, now that is it. cuz the triangle cutout is longer. doesn't really make a difference to me, they look the same, so i'll prolly just go with the one made for the 600rr. your bike is an '06 right? if you have any other pics from other angles of the FE, i would love to see em. thanks again man.

hey guys, i need some help. got my FE, trying to install it right now. i'm a little confused/having a little trouble with the 4 spacers and bolts. TheX if you could help me out, it would be great. i basically have 2 silver spacers and 2 black spacers. i don't know if i should put the flat side facing the bike or facing outside. also, not sure if i should use the black ones towards the front or back. the ways i've tried don't seem to line up really well...thanks guys!

I don't have black spacers. I used the silver spacers toward the rear. The flange is outside toward the FE on mine, gave it greater surface area to stabilize the FE itself. That setup lined it up perfectly.

well here's the finished pics. i wanna move my rear turn signals to the L reflector brackets, but i don't have a dremel. i don't know what to do with the wires for now, until i move the turn signals.

Your choices are VERY limited as far as wiring the signals where they are now. I would love to give you a kum-ba-ya answer but I have none.

you ran yours through the trunk right? thats what i plan on doing as soon as i get my L brackets drilled out.
