I just finished my PAIR mod and now I'm getting a FI light. Could this be the plates are not sealed right or the airbox not capped off right? I also cleaned my BMC filter and reoiled it, maybe I put too much oil on it. I am not sure what is causing it to have the FI light. It idles rough right now, everything seems like it is put back together right. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Also did my HRC throttle, but that should not affect anything.

if i were a betting man i would say that you didnt get the MAP sensor under the airbox plugged back in all the way.

that thing can be a pita.

i ended up unbolting it from the airbox and just zip tieing it to the wiring harness.

is that the little bugger that sits under the box and has a really short vacuum line running to it?
if so that was a bit of a pain to get back in.

Thanks, I'll recheck those, I have her half apart right now.

***EDIT***
I could get to the plug under the airbox with just the tank flipped up. The bad part is, I'm pretty sure the vacuum line next to it is routed wrong and looks pinched. Looks like I have to lift the box to fix this, thanks for pointing me in the right dirrection.

thats the one.
like i said
it bolts to the bottom of the airbox but has nothing to do with the airbox.

i unbolted it and just zipped it to the wiring harness in an easy access location.

made life so much easier putting it all back together

why didnt i think of that? i guess i thought it had something to do w/ the airbox so i spent the time to get it plugged back in.
next time i have the airbox off ill do that.

Thanks for all your help, she all sorted out right now and running great. I like the QA throttle, will have to get some more time with it to get used to it.

Some how I put that line over the lower fuel rail and when it got bolted down it pinched the line. It was making the FI light blink then after a bit stay solid.

well, it KINDA does have to do with the intake...
ya, but i thought it was maybe reading something in the airbox, w/ the vacuum line goin somewhere else.
its just in a very tricky spot to get plugged in on the 07, if i can move it, that would make reinstalling the airbox a bit easier.

Those MAP sensors are a bitch huh? I've had my airbox out of the bike 16 times now because of that little bugger. Leaving it un bolted to the airbox like RS says is how Honda should have originally done it.
