i finally got my swingarm and enigine covers back from the powdercoated. they have been there for 4 months. but i think they look great. the swingarm even had rash on it ( bought off ebay for 60 bucks) and he fixed it and you cant even tell it was there. can wait to get it put on.

so when i do look in the for sale section for a perfect stock swingarm with the 600rr.net sticker, a rashed left engine cover and a perfect right side engine cover.

there used to be rash on this side! try to find it, hahaha

100 bucks for all three
hot summer
i just talked to my mechanic and he said it would be a bad idea to put it on since the seals were in while getting coated. are the seals ruided? he said they would have to replace them, which are not that easy and cheap.
but the powdercoater covered them when he did it. do you think the seals are ok? should i worry. because i dont want water or dust to get in the seals and freeze the bolt at 70 mph.
why would my mechanic say that then, he got me kinda worried. so if i just grease them very well they should be ok. and do you think 4 to 5 hours of laber about 250 bucks is ok to exchange the swingarm, sprockets, chain, and engine covers a good deal?
i cant do it my self. no room, tools or time to do it, so thats out of the question.
