You need to take off the coolant reservoir and reach up there from below with a long closed end wrench, and a big azz 1/2 socket on the other end. It will take two people cause that sucker is tight! I have done two RR's now and both took me and a buddy to get them off. Be sure to re-torque them to factory specs when you put the new bolt/nut back on. Good Luck

I forgot the actual size of the nut but it might be 15 or 17mm. Take a socket that fits it with a extention and another ratchet and stick it through the header and hold it that way. No need to use a wrench. Same goes for tightening it back up. Just keep it off the radiator. It's pretty easy to get of. If you are having trouble use something to get some leverage on the ratchet you are using on the actual bolt. I think the Spec are 40ft lbs on the left and 20 on the right. It's 20 on the side the spacer is on. I can't picture it right now I'm tired.

I never removed the coolant reservoir. I guess that would make it easier.
