is it an acutal clicking or kinda like a vibration/click noise? i cant really describe it but if so i have noticed it to it has only happened 3 times in the past month and in the about 10-0mph part of the slow down. also can feel it through the brake lever.

Does it click once or a bunch of clicks? If it's just one click, it is normal as the brake pad "floats" around the caliper a little bit. Then when you grab the brake lever, the pad hits the caliper. It is more noticable when you push the bike backwards, hit the brake and then roll forwards and again hit the brake.

yeah ive notice a few vibrations from the front break up to the brake lever when slowing to a stop. it only happens at a low rate of speed just before the stop.

it could either be your rotors just floating. IMO if its a click and you say or feel like its coming from your lever i would check your bearings for your steering by the triple tree. You would just need to repack them with grease if thats the case. Your steering gets loose and every time you hear a click its the bearings getting pressed back down when you break because of accerlation and braking. Hope this helps and understand what im trying to say.
