Front Sprocket RK Conversion kit???
I’m installing the RK 520 conversion kit on my 03 600 RR. No problem with the rear sprocket but I have a problem with the front. After removing the bolt, the front sprocket slides right off very easily. However when I try to install the new sprocket, it does not go on. The spines appear to line up correctly. Do I need to drive this sprocket on with a piece of wood?
Also can the sprocket be put on wrong? When looking at the sprocket the collar on one side is wider then the other. There are no markings, so I don’t know if it matters. The stock sprocket has rubber on both sides which the replacement does not.
