I was wondering if anyone can post pics of what the stock wheel spacers look like on an 04 600rr. I went to change my tires, I pulled off my wheels, took them to the place that was going to change them. When I got home and pulled my wheels out of my car, I was missing one of the spacers on the front wheel. So I tore my car apart and couldn't find it. I called the place and they looked and said they found it on the machine. So I went back up there to pick up up. But, it didn't look like the other spacer I had. I ask them if they had any other one, and they said no.

Just so you know it is the ones on the outside of the wheel, the ones that come off easy and ride in the seal. And, both the same diameter, and fit in the wheel.

Here are some pics. The one on the left is the one that was in the wheel, and the one I know is right. The one on the right is the one they gave me. What do you guys think?

I ran into the same problem on monday. I looked closely at the forks to determine which side the larger spacer belongs - there will a point of contact that will be noticeably different.

you will see that the larger one goes against the right side fork.

what if im sitting backwards??? which way should i face? :all_cohol
Only time you should be sitting backwards is when your girl's on the back. But I doubt that you'll be worried about which spacer goes where at that time.

what about side saddle?:tard::all_cohol
You should only be doing that when the sides of you tires are used up and you still have a few sessions left in the track day. You know, that way your knees and elbows drag the ground but your bike is straight up and down.

In that case, you're still not worried about front wheel spacers.
