bas is ok. relay is clicking, swaped out the kill switch and still no power to the fuel pump power plugs. im not sure which of the two plugs is power so i tested them both. i guess i need info on testing other sensors. also if a sensor was bad wouldnt it throw a code? while checking all these things I left power on the bike and after about 5 min the relay started to get warm to the touch. is this normal.

The green(-) and brown(+) wire plug is the pump. There are a few things to do:

Check main fuse 30A
sub fuse (bank angle 10A)
sub fuse (FI 20A)
fuel pump relay
engine stop relay
bank angle sensor
ECM

These are from the manual for no voltage, you have checked some of these already. When you checked the plug for the pump, did you check as soon as you turned it on? It should only have power for a few seconds.

I'm not positive how the RR's are but on my F4i the headlight harness is notorious for getting corrosion on it and then the pump doesn't prime so you might want to check your headlight harness for good a good connection and corrosion.

Headlights should do nothing to the pump, the only thing they share is the Green ground as does most the bike.

Not the headlights themselves but the headlight harness which should have a lot off different wires running threw it. The ground wire is one of those and if the ground doesn't have a good connection then the pump won't prime. Also i believe the bas wire goes threw that harness. I know it does on the F4i

Got it, the wiring diagram shows the ground near the rear, so maybe they changed it. I don't know exactly where it is on the bike, I know there are some grounds on the left side of the frame.

if the fuel relay is clicking then does that mean that the sensors are all good. Ill have to recheck the fuel pump plugs for the first few seconds of power. also is it normal for the relay to get warm.

Did you check all the fuses on the list? Also try to swap the relays from the fan motor and headlight relay into the engine stop and fuel pump relay spots.

it was a salvage bike that i bought, it had front end damage. it has full exahust and power commander. can anyone can tell me what relays and fuses are what in the fuse box. i downloaded a manual and it shows the relays all 4 in a row and in the bike they are 2 rows of 2 and the fuse are the same way. i have one relay that clicks when i turn on the bike but no sure if ifs fuel relay or bike stop. if its bike stop then when it closes does it shut off power to the pump, or when it closes does it send power to the pump.

bas is good. i have rechecked and rechecked and its good. i have found that i have no power to the fuel pump relay. the relay is good i swaped it over to the bike stop relay and it clicks, the is no power to the relay. the only sensor i have checked so far is the kickstand switch and its good, so is the kill switch. ive been reading the manual for about 30 min and i guess next i have to check some more sensors.

Did you check the main fuse 30A? It is not in the fuse box, it is next to the battery.

When I replaced my fairings recently, I accidentally installed the BAS/ Roll over sensor upside down.

Took a while to figure out that was the problem but all sweet after I turned it over again!
